      Leading FI with very wide capabilities

      Cons

      Very conservative. Nobody wants to take a risk. Always need subject matter experts or specialists for things. Such a big bank that you need to raise a ticket to do anything and it goes to some anonymous place and people that you never interact with.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
