      Great place to learn and grow (fresh grad) Nice building, cleaner work morning and night shift A lots of event and celebration, coffee chat and networking opportunities Still adopt hybrid working mode

      Cons

      Hard to blend in new team (if your boss is from CS) Foresee job cut as AI replace human work, some move their ops to India as salary relative lower

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
