      Very fast-paced culture. Leadership gives you a lot of ownership over work and your strategic roadmap, so you have a lot of say in what types of projects you take on. Heavy analytics requirement and cross functional stakeholder management competency.

      Cons

      Can be demanding when deadlines are coming up, pace is very fast. Planning can be intensive and it can feel overwhelming when onboarding onto new roles.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
