      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits. You get to work with products in a global scale. You learn A LOT and very fast. You will work with some of the most talented people in the world.

      Cons

      Extreme work overload. Onboarding process is weak and shallow. It is expected that you ramp up in only a few weeks. Unorganized work flows and too many stakeholders involved in every project.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
