      Pros

      - Great teammates all around. - Decent WLB (mainly bc there is not a lot to work on anymore).

      Cons

      - Complete lack of opportunities/mobility within Uber, after we were told otherwise. - Only some roles are being considered to transition to Uber teams (a lot nepotism is perceived) without backfilling, crippling existing teams. - Complete silence from upper management regarding what is going to happen next, -they probably don't know yet anyway- the expectation is layoffs will happen in the near future. - Therefore, nothing much to work on, career path options are zero.

      Flexible schedule, easy to start, and good for earning extra income when demand is high

      Cons

      Pay can be inconsistent after gas, maintenance, insurance, and slower hours are considered.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
