      Pros

      - Remote oppurtunity - Product based ,so the development road map is clearer. - Unlimited paid leave (with good reason) - Private insurance - Flexi cash

      Cons

      -Works with old legacy software,sometimes harder to find people that know about stuff. - Global working making it hard to adjust schedule because of timeline diffrence - Not a good place to explore new technology, most of the thing is already frameworked
