      Great pension and salary, decent flexibility depends on teams.

      Cons

      Out-dated senior leadership practices and a very ‘us and them’ with head office and the operational roles. Very different cultures across teams.

      Pros

      A company who cares about its colleagues. Great company to work for providing fantastic opportunities if people want them. Lovely working environment and on site facilities. Managers who genuinely care for the well being of others
