      - Talented researchers (or whatever is left of them) - Nice offices - Some remote working (1day per week max, not every week) is allowed

      Cons

      - Very low people retention - Management is poor and inexperienced - Salaries below the market average - No training provided - US-based HR is unaware of UK procedures and legislation.

      remote and very chil, progressive in tech. good opportunity to learn about the ui ux industry

      difficult to connect with people in a remote company, was not given much guidelines on how to work but could also be an opportunity to take initiative
