      Pros

      Good introduction to recruitment, but probably best for instilling a very intense work ethic that transfers well to other agencies

      Cons

      Commission structure for good billers is poor - i currently work in another agency, bill half as much and earn twice what i did at Venn

      Pros

      I had a great experience as an intern in the Finance department. Everyone was so kind and willing to answer my questions. I felt welcomed and part of the team, and I felt that the work I was doing was actually making a difference
