Great team of people, pay is good if you include bonus and the perks are great including various discounts both instore, at John Lewis and other places too.
Cons
Current situation in terms of recruiting is slow meaning can often be understaffed and asked to work at short notice- while you are not oblidged to, guilt can often lead to a cancellation of your plans.
