Pros
Opportunities to learn and grow, plenty of work, respect and professional environment
Cons
Way too much work. Managers just pile it on. They expect you to work from home evenings and weekends but they can't say it. But if you don't put in the extra hours you can never get your objectives met. Wipro takes your life away from you. They expect you to work, work, work all the time. They don't realize that people have lives to live, that they have other things they want to do in their spare time. Spend time with family and friends, or just sit back and relax once in a while, watch TV. A football game or a favorite TV show. Also, all that work we do, the compensation is ridiculously poor. I got a 1% raise my first year. I worked my butt off and received two certificates of achievement, I was Employee of the Month. a 1% raise. Wipro makes billions of $$$ every year but they don't share it with the employees that do all the work to make it happen.
