    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wipro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Project across different industries
Breadth of courses you can take up to upskill or cross-skill

    Cons

    Lots of red tapism
Layers and layers of middle level management means that there are tons of processes and very less transparency
Not much quality work. Clients generally come to Wipro to get routine stuff done like small applications Dev, testing or support.
The more time you spend in this organization the more unsuitable you become for the outside world
Join when you have given up on growing and just want to be working and earning a stable buck

    Advice to Management

Well, not that it would ever be looked at, but still, reduce the number of people engaged in purely support roles which form the majority and create all the bureaucracy that exists in the organization
