    Pros

good colleagues , challenging jobs and reasonable pay and high discipline .
Nice senior management and most clients were global .

    Cons

worked here long back and that time it was its own culture and it was like managers were from same background so diversity was missing and needed . Bias to hiring people who come from one particular state .

    I worked at Wipro full-time

    Pros

I had a good experience during my first year, since colleagues were reasonable persons who encouraged and motivated each other.

    Cons

Most Male managers are male chauvinists with the the typical attitude of overpowering female employees, considering females employees with an opinion as arrogant. The company policies are favourable to non Indians. Recent times, the culture is of putting each other down and I was not given an opportunity to relocate just because of my gender without even considering my opinion. I was not considered for the position just for this reason.

I worked at Wipro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I got to work from home

    Cons

I resigned from this patronising coercive atmosphere of fear and pressure - appraisals used as tool to pressure staff rather than reward or consult. none of systems anglicised . Their reach is outwith their grasp. Training delivery is abysmal and inappropriate .

    Advice to Management

Build a truly UK subsidiary - ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL
