Pros

only the Bangalore Kodathi campus is good, Brand value.

Cons

Nothing pro, The worst bench policy is only 45 days we get salary after that LOP. In that 45 days all Sundays and saturday are calculated... so its only 30 days .. after that LOP .. also there are no projects to find .. many projects are ramping down and Wipro is not getting more projects ... mostly high-salary people even if they are in the project they are risky only .. if project budget issue comes they will remove from the project and go to the bench .. rotation policy sucks if we complete 18 months in the project we need to go to other project or else our salary will get impact .. they have WILP-Wipro integrated learning program where they hire BSc (degree) freshers and give 12 k as a stifund..mostly no projects for both high budget employees as well as low budget employees.. if we are in bench we are dead.. worst bench policy..please do not join for salary it will be good based on rojects budget purely ..even if you have excellent skill and if no budget in the project you will be in bench ... and if the project is having requirement also if they dont have budget they will not take you to project ... worst rules ....pathentic company.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
