1)Product cannot be deployed without implementation teams. 2)Clients hate the delivery people, who are overworked, overstressed, underskilled and underpaid. 3)General 'poverty-of-spirit' attitude results in interns being deployed to client site at full day-rate. Result is plummeting opinion of this company in the market. 4)Expect to have to pitch in for delivery, work a lot of hours and generally have this company upset you, and don't expect to be paid for it. 5)Recent changes to sales remuneration mean an exceptionally high level of turnover in front-office roles, and generally slow pipeline. There is a lot of stress and bad feeling across the middle and upper layers of management here and it trickles down 6)Management edicts are generally insane. 7)One manager in particular begins meetings with "If you don't do this, I'll go ******* mental". Avoid this guy, he is slow witted and reacts to anything he does not understand with aggression....which is most things, actually. 8)Management generally attempting to micro-manage their way around serious economic headwinds.
