      Salary is good, they have hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Too much politics, Older employees are very arrogant. Feeling like they are part owners of the company. Management needs to listen instead of just saying it is just the way it is.

      Lots of investment in AI, product development. Can be very nimble and agile when needed. Have driven real process and functional improvement over the last couple years.

      Cons

      Recent RTO. Leaders make decisions on whim and the rest of the company ends up react mode. Alignment across leadership suite is always great. High exec turnover
