      Remote working. Some team members were great and some Senior Leadership was great - others were terrible.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Long hours and unnecessary daily "check ins" with mid level manager who was always out on appointments when it was convenient for her only.

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      Cons

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
