      Very little empathy or leeway given to clinical assistants. No understanding of rough circumstances or emergencies.

      Pros

      The work is interesting and changes fairly frequently, large teams which is good for keeping your sanity, good company events.

      Cons

      Far too much work in too short a time, horrendous support for new staff, management is awful they only care about the work getting done.
