Pros
I was lucky enough to work in an office where my other team members were fantastic, so in that sense, everyday at work was a great day because I worked alongside people I loved. The job itself is very rewarding and so diverse that no day is the same
Cons
Higher management lacked organisational skills and because of this, often processes were all over the place and not well thought through. The targets can be a little demanding, but depending on your location, not impossible.
