Pros
No one going to shout at you, there is no way to do a mistake , if you do so your salary will be on hold. Yes in this company there is no pros at all. Employees with relocating issue or employees don't want to grow , stay here.
Cons
Everything is in cons. 1. No on time salary. Normally your January Salary will be given to you at the end of February but if you do a minor mistake then you will not receive your salary, your salary will be on hold until you fix the mistake. 2. January's salary normally distributed to end of February but for this also you have to request multiple times. 3. No learning opportunity 4. They have some fake reviews on google if you wanted to post original review then your review will get multiple report and taken down from google. 5. If you are serving notice period then forget about the salary for the notice period duration. If you request multiple times then you might get it in PARTIAL PAYMENT system.
