Zero work life balance, especially for management. Unable to connect with anything HR related due to the size of the company. You are a faceless number Largest driving force is getting bigger, gobbling up small companies to hasten their growth. They do not honor prior contracts with staff, management sent to offices were often condescending and had no contact with staff through transition, all of their time was spent on calls while staff was wondering what was happening. Interim manager has no branch management experience which left most established and experienced staff looking to other employment. Horrible mileage reimbursement, and pay is middle of the road in this market.
