Pros

Free lunch every week (if you can read the menu, which is ALWAYS in Russian and sometimes in Czech)

Cons

Emails and announcements are in Russian, IT guy doesn't speak English. No onboarding or general org chart to understand who to look for in case something is needed. Ticketing system is very bad and all the software used is very outdated. You have to use your badge for every entry/exit, otherwise is discounted from your salary. The building is super old and every "team" is places in bedrooms (not rooms, bedrooms).

Pros

I put in a lot of effort, but, unfortunately, I can't seem to find any positives

Cons

The company reversed its decision to hire me just one day before I was set to start. We had both signed a written contract and there was a job offer in place, but my start date, which was originally just a day away, was postponed. Then, two days later, I received the disappointing news that they were no longer interested in working with me. I had already left my previous job. Guys, can you believe it?

Pros

Nice offices Free fruit Most Colleagues are friendly

Cons

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for in my entire life. The management is incompetent but they try to blame the employees for any mistakes. Integrations take a long, long time. Very dictatorial behavior. They treat employees unjustly, like slaves or part of the furniture. They expect you to be a "yes person" and if you are not, you get on their blacklist. Management will push you to resign and of course, the clients you brought will go to the preferred ones who will benefit from bonuses. They care about making money but do not care about the employee wellbeing (you need to chase them for your bonus and you are lucky if you get it). Whatever happens, they always blame others. Of course, there are the selected few employees / the loyal and obedient ones who get the best clients, deals, and preferential treatment. I worked at Endorphina last year and I never got so demotivated so fast in my whole life. A genuine piece of advice, if you have other options try to stay away from this horrible company.
