Comfortable for experienced workers, but tough for newcomers

Good travel facilities, good food, less stressful work. Nice facility.
Cons
Lots of politics, seniors are too comfortable in the role and hence no work actually takes place, not a good place to start your career, freshers are scammed with 6 Lpa salary promised whereas at the time of joining only 3Lpa is given with take it or leave it offer and additional 3 yrs bond of 2 lakhs is mandatory for new joiners ( none of this will be discussed prior to joining). Mandatory visits to Switzerland atleast once which are not for learning but for an yearly meetup which results in another bond of 5 lakhs. In short not good for juniors or new comers in corporate. For experienced people, its good comfortable to work company but not a lot to learn, probably a diploma holder can do almost every role available in the company. A little casteism can be seen at upper level of management.
