      Great colleagues, lack of psychological safety

      Pros

      Most reviews here mention supportive and professional peers, and that has been my experience as well. Enfuce had great employees while I was working there and they were the highlight of my experience. The employee turnover is high, so I don't know what the situation is currently.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from management, extremely unprofessional behavior from higher ups, shouting, name-calling, freezing out employees who have been blacklisted. People are pushed to burnout and then fired quietly, without communicating these departures to the rest of the staff. Enfuce leaders don't learn from their mistakes, and then go and blame the employees for not being successful.

      Lots of organizational changes in short period of time. (Normal for a scale up)

      The Enfuce culture is not everybody cup of tea...

      Pros

      Good technology with some skilled engineering people.

      Cons

      There is a toxic environment driven by unrealistic promises, and some senior leaders show little empathy—often placing blame on others rather than taking responsibility. Pay is below industry standards, and staff turnover is extremely high. There’s also a lack of proper documentation and processes, which leads to confusion and inefficiency. Employee onboarding and training are virtually non-existent, making it difficult for new hires to succeed.
