Absolutely shocking senior management led by the owner. A regional half baked media agency at best, with poor offerings of advertising, brand and design bolted on. Terrible staff retention leading to most people leaving without a job to go to.
Good for those starting out and wanting to get agency experience (in Newcastle).
Good people and social events. Nice office.

Entry level staff are underpaid. High turnover. Pressure on coordinators which leads to burnout. Overtime. Issues raised often go unaddressed.
