Pros
I worked for 1 year and could not identify even one single "Pros"
Cons
Enlighta is an online product but the salary is received offline (cheque payment) which causes numerous issues (You will face a lot of problems in Banking services) The "Management" (which is limited only to two people) have too much involvement in your personal stuff, which eventually results in mental harassment. During my last working days in this company, i almost went into depression and was getting anxiety attacks. I had to abscond because of the mental Pressure due to the above reasons.
