Pros
This is a community where everyone is treated with fairness and as an important stakeholder. A very good environment for all round growth and flourishing.
Cons
Many people may consider as a draw back the fact that the company is domiciled in a secondary city (Ogbomoso). Asides that, everything else works. Plus if you love the serenity of secondary cities, this drawback could be a plus for you.
