Pros
Its a great place to work as long as you have the thrill to do new things. If you are looking for standard run of the mill opportunity they are there but they run selective projects that give you access to not only newer tech areas but the key thing of how to approach a client, how to present, how t sell and manage them. An experience you can talk about as a story rather than just talking about which development languages i know.
Cons
Well if you have nothing to do then you can sit and crib in any company :)
