      self scheduling, field staff are good to work with, pay rate is good

      Cons

      supervisors are all about the money the company makes and not about their employees, human resources staff needs to be more educated and are very lazy.

      The individuals are great to care for they really make the job enjoyable and exciting so e of the locations are also great

      Cons

      Very u organized, don't care about the actual employees you are expected to make envision your life, most of the staff is not trustworthy and the pay grade for the responsibility is not good at all

      Great pay and benefits package. Schedule is very flexible.

      Cons

      No raises or PTO. Switch from day shift to night shift in same schedule without differential.
