- Great working environment; great team that's supportive, helpful, creative and technically astute - Company culture is relaxed and fun, but employees are competent and hardworking. - Cohesive vision for the future of their products - Very easy to find work/life balance, you are held accountable for what you contribute and produce and not how long you sit at your desk. - Employees are treated really well; Never a lack of encouragement from the founder and upper management. Generous benefits and bonuses, and suggestions from everyone are considered.

Cons

Training programs could be improved. It would be nice to see some standardization in that area.
