      The offices are quite nice

      Cons

      This company is devoid of leadership. The founder and CEO thinks he is god almighty. His people management skills are non-existent and he is moody. People are afraid to question him. Several people have left in the past 2 years and it is easy to see why.

      There are genuinely nice people working at this company. Don't expect a lot of job progression here, but for the experience gained from someone straight out of college, it is an overall good job.

      The cons of Eolas are based more on the personality type of the people who join. Some will love it, some will hate it.
