Salary was low Not flexible at all if you're a parent or have other caretaking responsibilities - RUN AWAY. Not sure if it's improved but they would be working others down to their core and despite that be extremely inflexible with letting parents go pick up children (even if time lost was covered afterwards) Lots of micro-management - the managers would keep an eye on every single client email/comms which I always thought was kinda mad.
