This isn't healthy for the team when it's so obvious and creates an unfairness in the delegation of the work - Frequent restructuring every few months leads to instability and shifting priorities - Teams across channel leads and client services are not aligned, resulting in poor internal communication - Work is often assigned with unrealistic timelines and expectations due to people pleasing the client versus tracking actual hours of work - Layoffs seem to happen often without explanation, which shows that it was political - Salaries are below industry standards
