Avoid as much as possible

Pros

Some good people in the company.

Cons

Do yourself a favour and avoid the company as much as possible. Management promote whoever they are friends with, who don't know how to do their job rather than people who have 5+ years of experience. The most depressing environment to work in as the CEO encourages the company to do better over Zoom whilst he is on holiday. Asked the employees to sacrifice a % of their salary during covid-19, told them it was "optional but very recommended to do so" - no employee who didn't sacrifice currently works there anymore. Topping on that is the management encourages the sacrifice over zoom whilst sitting on a mega-yacht. No career opportunities or growth as promised after interview. Everyone is leaving. Don't even apply. Underpaid, overworked and terrible management. Certain exec board member who is against diversity and inclusion (LGBTQ+)

Pros

The company has good intentions

Cons

- staff across all departments are not paid market rate for their job. existing staff are rewarded for their long years of service by being paid less than the new individuals that have been hired. company is making multi-millions in revenue but this is not reflected in staff salary or renumeration - high revenue generating environment where sales culture reaps the consequences of encouraging a toxic environment of dog eat dog - company is slightly incestuous with top level management being married to each other or their direct reports with little control to avoid conflict of interests - company would thrive if people who have been there for too long just left -gentleman's club culture operating at senior management - lack of care or protection to staff especially those who go on long term leave.

Pros

Location, CEO and that’s about it.

Cons

Please don’t believe the fake 5* reviews. Company culture and attitude of senior management are absolutely terrible. I write this as as somebody who’s not bitter at the company in any way - I’m just being honest. It’s the worst management and company culture I’ve ever experienced.
