You give your interview with full list of documents set. You hope for hike and they will offer you minus 50%.Fantastic approach. Same position open since last 5 years. Attrition rate high. Location is superb as if you are in Naxalite area same like MD

No cons. Only positive. If you want torture then join this company. It will bring lot of happiness in life. The best person is MD who want IIT candidate with ITI salary.
