- the staff and people - making coffees and drinks - cosy atmosphere

Cons

- low stock on everything - no work benefits - sometimes pay would be super late or you would not get it at all

Some staff are nice, some training on the job and good amount of hours available.

Cons

Very toxic work culture but differs between stores as they are franchises. Where I work the owner is rude and takes advantage of staff. Staffs hard work doesn’t feel fully appreciated.
