Pros
Nice colleagues, overall positive environment with flexibility, and a good opportunity to work on several different project types. Great place to build up experience and also learn new skills/drive your professional growth if you are willing to take the initiative.
Cons
As a smaller organization, the other side of flexibility is a bit of a lack of an overarching formal structure. It can be easy to fall into routine and there's not always a clear development path if you don't advocate for yourself.
