      Pros

      *Best leads in the sector *Great working environment *Good hours and 1pm finnish on a Friday *competitive salary and good bonus structure Management invest in you and training with feedback given to get you up to speed quickly. Job is relatively straightforward and a solid platform to kickstart your career in sales.

      Pros

      Lead generator role is relatively easy and a good way to get yourself some experience in the sales sector.

      Cons

      Probably the worst work-life balance ever. You cannot have a life when you are in work 9-7 every day, and giving staff a half day on a Friday does not make up for this. Nobody even answered the phone after 4pm. The pay for this role as abysmal for the hours done & any commission was near impossible when you were getting about 10p per lead generated. Work environment is also not friendly. So many stuck up people who are hard to make conversation with and often feel very uncomfortable around those who were higher up.
