- people there are really friendly - have team bonding etc

- forever short staffed hence need to work frequently as part timer

good working environment.(good colleagues) able to gain new knowledge and skills.
Cons
no work life balance. most of the time when a staff needs to take medical leave, it's required for them to find their own coverage.
