      Probably the Marketing engine and team

      Cons

      Culture - simply don't care about staff, recruit for access to your network and then push people out once this has been exhausted. Very one dimensional from a product perspective and a poor leadership team outside of the marketing function.

      Competitive salary, lots of events, free breakfast and snacks

      Cons

      Hard work gets you nowhere if you don't make sure people know about it. There is a big technical gap between development heads and high technology employees. Development heads are not technical enough to understand what you are doing. Sometimes damned ideas are accepted and for great ideas you have to educate them. Since what makes immediate impact is valued, good ideas that lead to long term company success get nowhere. This is the time when great team members start thinking what the hell they are doing here.
