Pros
My experience working at Euro Systems has been great thus far. The company has a great culture where employees are valued and everyone has a voice.
Personally, I've had the opportunity to make a difference to the brand strategy and collateral content for the company, it's been a rewarding experience and I feel it's been greatly appreciated.
The people are genuine, down to earth, funny, and generally very supportive. The leadership is honest and very approachable. There is a strong focus on customer satisfaction, so you can see a team that really cares about doing a good job, and happy customers constantly expressing their gratitude - which is fantastic especially in the world of IT support.
In terms of workplace, the offices are very nice and comfortable, good work benefits, flexible hours, amazing coffee!
Cons
It's not a big team and in my position, I often help other areas of the business. I enjoy it as it makes my work more dynamic, but I could see it's maybe not for everyone, as some people prefer to have responsibilities that are more clearly defined.
