-Management is inconsistent and inherited Leadership roles have made managers that’s excellent physicists in charge of people - not a good match. -The project is interesting by nature but Management is relaying on self motivated employees to carry them to the finish line without any career development or pay increase along the way. - An employee can not impact their work day, Week or Month. You need to like what you have or change company. -Conservative leadership and women is greatly under represented.
