      good to survive, bad to grow

      Pros

      it has always been a good place to learn a lot due to high amount of projects and it's dynamic, people are mostly open and talkative, lots of laughter can be heard on corridors

      Cons

      you have small chances to grow, there is no clear path given, wages are not at the market average

      They care for the people Good and friendly vibes in the office They have a great intern program Pay is market worth

      Cons

      Seems like management wants to please the Big Boss a bit too much... But seriously, this is the only downside I could see here.

      - The Good People culture - as in any large company, depends on who you work with, but overall the work culture is casual, informal, you come to the office in a Tshirt, people are chilled out - Opportunity for international work, lots of communication in English, new markets opening up all the time (again, depends on the department you work in)

      Cons

      the work, especially at the beginning, requires a lot of proactivity and independence, the structure is not easy and in order to get some information you always have to take the initiative
