From the top down there are major issues.
1) C-Level people bullying, harassing and generally nasty to those who work for them, no problems letting go of whole teams when they feel like it.
2) Senior management are not helpful, will hound you and micro manage you until you either leave or are pushed out.
3) Gone through 3 sales directors, 1 head of sales, 1 Director of revenue and 1 CRO in less than one year, speaks for itself really.
4) Overall attrition is around 50-60% total
5) Personally seen and experience bullying in the workplace but nothing is ever dealt with, they just let the person bullied go from the business instead, sweep it under the rug.
6) Tell the teams one thing but then do something else and don't communicate it until someone asks.
7) Starts commission rates at just below market value then halve them within 6 months so your OTE is never what was promised at the start. Change targets when they feel like it and don't communicate that out.
8) Try to justify to the team why they have let people go but every single team member knows they simply just wanted rid.
9) Don't seem to even care that almost all of their staff are worried about their own tenure as they see people let go for the most insignificant reasons
10) Ask yourself why nearly 90% of their workforce are all less than two years in the business.
