Pros
Having attended a Master in Personnel Management, the internship in Everap Spa was the best opportunity to implement my abilities in the field of human resourcer. During this experience I dealt with research and selection of distributors, wholesalers and sales agents. Taking care of our client companies requirements, my principal tasks were: - CVs screening; - candidates contacting; - shortlist presentation and support to negotiation; - head hunting.
Cons
They didn't give me the opportunity of working on abroad market. Moreover at the moment in which the internship was going to finish, they didn't warned if the company would have hired me or not.
