      Pros

      Great startup opportunitie Excellent coworkers (but you never know who's getting quitting or getting fired next) Fun off-sights

      Cons

      Coworkers will be there one day and gone the next. You'll be told in stand-up but reminded to "focus on what matters and keep looking ahead." It wasn't always like this, but it seems it's becoming more so.

      Pros

      I've worked for several remote startup companies through the years and Everlance is the best. I'm listened to and my feedback is appreciated. As long as I have wifi and access to my computer I can work from anywhere.

      Cons

      Being a startup that's still growing and looking to improve it can be a little disorganized and communicating between departments can get lost but that comes with any remote company, especially if they're a startup.
