- Really close-knit team that support and help you develop. - Both Jonathan and Dave are really approachable directors that want to progress your career and notice and praise your work. - The office is nice and fresh with good equipment. - Excelerate offers a good commission structure. - Usually, recruitment hours can be really tough and there is a hire and fire mentality this is not the case for Excelerate at all.
