They will give you sales job when you join. The fisrt level of their so called structure. They work with charity organizations that pay this company. They expect you to gatecrash residents and go from door to door to ask charity. People will think of you as people who ask for charity on streets and will close the ddor on your face. The security will also ask you to get out or run behind you as the company does not have any permission to enter such areas. People will be rude as you are randomly ringing their bell an asking for money. They give you soo much training only to go from door to door and ask for charity. If you are a graduate or a highly educated person , dont work here as this job is not meant for educated people.

I knew there was something wrong with the company when i got a "whatsapp" message from the company for the interview and not an official email. As i am actively looking for a job i have got many emails of acceptance or rejections all through email so i knew one thing for sure that no company will text u on whatsapp and offer u a package of 4-5lakhs during training and 6-10 lakhs post training. That is just too much for a fresher. But still i felt lets not assume things and went for the first round. Around 30 candidates were present there 6-7 candidates were called in together and were offered a good motivational speech. And then after interaction we were told selected candidates will get a call but again got a message on whatsapp that i have been selected. And they told us u will have to come tomorrow at 9am and will have to stay till 6 in the evening as u will be assigned a bit of field work. I just did not like the vibe of the company so i searched about the company on glassdoor and look!!! I had a doubt and all the reviews are saying the company is FRAUD! I did not go to this company with a lot of hope still these negative reviews hit me. But i feel sorry for those who fell for it as they were in desperate need of a job!
