This is a purely service-based company that hires only for client-based contract roles. No job security – once the client project ends (3, 6, or max 12 months), contracts are often terminated. If they can't place you with another client, they will wait 30 days and then initiate subtle offboarding tactics. Managers act like friends, gather personal details, and then suggest you start looking outside. They may mention internal ways (like PIP, sudden removal, etc.) but mask it as "friendly advice to support your move."
