      Pros

      Nice staff who do try hard to make it a good place to work. Excellent pension contributions. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management team not appreciative of staff and general feeling of frustration that efforts are not recognised. Therefore job satisfaction very difficult to achieve. Constant reorganisation with no clear plan which makes for a very difficult working environment indeed.
