reasons for non-renewal of the contract may vary as per individual case that can be due to performance, policies, company strategy updates, budget updates, function, and position restructure or current qualifications may not fit in the company’s new objectives,
according to this the process of non-renewal was executed with respect to Egyptian labor law in terms of notice provided, handover and financial dues calculations, and release
With respect to labor law, our current Annual day balance policy is calculated starting the hiring date until Dec of each year, employees are eligible to consume from their annual balance after passing the probation period, annual days are to be consumed with respect to work needs, in case there is no room of consumption the remaining annual balance is released in cash
Our growth plans are crucial and there is no room for critical mistakes that can negatively affect our customer's satisfaction, our focus in 2022 will be on quality and efficiency, we will be working on developing existing employees and We will need to hire the best calibers out there to join our team to help us along our challenging journey.
Growing fast has its pros and cons In the past year, our main focus was to hire due to the workload and continuous business rush and yes we did not provide the time nor the resources to develop in our existing staff, at this year this is one of the top priorities of the people and culture team is to provide career development plans to existing and new hires this includes solid onboarding, job rotation, cross-team training programs, and online technical and soft skills training sessions
We have introduced and developed new roles and built a stronger hierarchy that can match our employees’ potentials and serve their career development
we are focusing on reviewing current, compensation and benefits programs, job descriptions, workflow and reporting lines for all employee levels, and we will continue to enhance to reach the optimum organizational structure
We are also aware that our previous communication approaches were not the most effective we believe that communication and continuous feedback is the key to a healthy and successful workplace.
This is why we are now building up programs through the people and culture team who are working to design periodic events and surveys that allow employees and management to share an effective two-way communication and feedback system
